So when you sign up with Goal Zero, you get access to a Health and Safety Manual built to meet SECO/COR or ISO Standards for your industry and jurisdiction. You will also have access to templates for forms, Formal hazard assessments, Safe work practices, Safe Job Procedures, and letters to use and customize as you see fit.

You bet! We know that it is not a one size fits all world. If you can’t find something in our templates to customize yourself, our marketplace of professionals can help you. We can help build custom policies, procedures or processes for you. Depending on your plan, you either reach out and talk to your designated account representative or through the marketplace. We will discuss the scope, send a quote, and deliver the work that was agreed on.

We have a list of 100’s of Safety and Professional Development courses being made. As they are released, they will be updated in the course catalogue, and a notification gets sent to all clients that they can access it. 

You can also upload training you have developed for your company operations into your portal and automate delivery to your employees and teams.

We do not currently limit the number of document (pdf, doc, xls, jpg) files you can upload. 

Thanks for asking. We are more than software; we want to ensure that human connection and element is always there for you. We only partner with professionals who have the same values and hold themself to high professional stands of care for companies and their people. 

This will depend on your subscription, but fundamentally the process is the same.

Basic Package
Contact through the app chat or support email. The team will reach out to you and connect you with the professional you are looking for that fits your need. Then you will discuss the scope of the work, and a quote will be sent through the system and paid for, then held in our system. The consulting partner will deliver the work and send it for approval. Once the work is approved, you can leave feedback and score the work, and the funds are released to the consultant.

Pro and Strategic packages work the same; the only difference is you have a dedicated Safety/HR Account Manager to help you through the process. They are your first go-to; they will help you with the work or refer you to a specialist you need. Remember, they are your fractional team and guide and are there for your success. The flow is the same; define scope, quote time, pay quote, work is delivered, and funds paid out. 

Everything we do is in full transparency. The Help Desk and software track all activities for the agreed work.
